Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. You will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Damaged orders due to USPS handling must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures for proof of damage. All shipments are insured up to $50.
To qualify for a return or exchange, orders must be unopened and unused. If your order qualifies, the items must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), your return will be processed and the charges will be credited to you. Email us at email@example.com if you’d like to return your order.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Upon final approval of your personalized order, we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint. If the final product differs from agreed upon proof (aka: we messed up) then Paper by JLee will gladly reprint your order at no additional expense.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Color and hand painted items
Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently. Colors on products you receive may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen. Due to the nature of hand painted items, each painting is unique and may have slight imperfections and color variation from the examples shown.
